About the MCIL mosaic

MCIL's Acting Director Andrea Buonincontro designed the MCIL logo, and made the wonderful mosaic of it displayed in our reception area. She did this inbetween carrying out her responsibilities as MCIL's Assistant Director and head of the Benefits Resources program. We knew she had finished it when she stopped coming to work covered with plaster and grout.

About our website

In addition to designing MCIL's logo and making the mosaic of it, while she was MCIL's Assistant Director and head of the Benefits Resources program, in her spare time Andrea Buonincontro taugh herself how to design websites and created MCIL's originial website structure, design, and layout. She also found, wrote, gathered, edited, researched, imported, linked and otherwise quilted together the content on its pages. Thus she is now our principal computer-problem troubleshooter, no small feat considering that our computers, for which we are deeply grateful, are Previously Owned and becoming, well, disabled. from virus attacks, cyber parasites, and hard use. (We would welcome donations of new computers some day, or financial contributions toward same!)

MCIL's website is currently being tweaked, updated, and given a new look, albeit slowly, by Patsy Ann Kreins, an MCIL consumer and volunteer.
